Volunteer Opportunities at the WDDC

Are you interested in lending your talent and skills to a program serving homeless and low income women and children in the East Bay? We are seeking volunteers to help us with day-to-day hospitality, cooking, office/event support, and child care. You must be willing to make no less than a 4 month commitment and contribute at least 3-6 hours per week. Activities include:

• Playing with children
• Assisting in the kitchen
• Providing hospitality services to clients (mail, copies, hygiene supplies, emergency clothing, referrals, and a welcoming environment)
• Office support (filing, mailings, phone support)
• Event support & client activity planning
